The Team

Bottega Cucina is a husband and wife team acting as the creative backbone for the fusion style they present.

Chef Phil trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York before returning to his hometown area in Western Massachusetts. Supi Hillenbrand, Chef Phil's wife, is from Thailand. She offers a creative twist and knowledge specializing in Thai dishes and desserts. 

Phil & Supi have family and staff that each bring an individual set of skills and background to the team, providing you with an amazing experience every time you visit Bottega Cucina.
